How to access electronic journals:

Electronic journals can be accessed by Member of the consortium by providing :

A.) Static IP address of the institutions.

The online journal will be accessible only in the campus of the institution.

B.) Customer ID and Pass Word.

In this case online journal may be available to individual desktop, but it will be under the observation/monitoring by the publishers.
